If you were to place Mamita Mala in an envelope, in her simplest form she would be a NYRican mami of two, step mami to one,  now one of those cliched transplants to Los Angeles, who hustles within the NPIC she swore she never would hustle in. Now after years of not media making – doing it again – to save herself, to save her/our history.
